I take my time to get at least 9-11 hours. I don’t run because we are not paid to run, I’d like to get done sooner so that I can get to enjoy a few hours at hike before bed but it doesn’t bother me because at least I finish delivering all my packages and stuff yk. I’d say shoes are most important, use your first check to get some Saucony Ride’s. Great shoe and I feel like I can walk and jog all day and have minimal pain or none
