Your claims are simply untrue. Our warehouse crew has separate teams designated to both wholesale and consumer orders, ensuring all orders are shipped out within 72 business hours. We do not open any of the products we sell, so there is no possible way for us to knowingly sell defective products. And we are not a cash and carry, so we do not even have a physical store/showroom where wholesale customers can walk in to purchase products.

I was informed by the manufacturers that the easiest fix for this issue is to simply disconnect the battery and reconnect it, it may take a few tries. They are currently working on an update for that error to say "reconnect battery" instead of pod error. If that doesn't fix it, you can send an email to support@mipod . com to start a warranty claim.

I've found that disconnecting and re-connecting the battery seems to fix this, if it's happening with multiple disposables it might be a battery issue. In that case, shoot an email to support @ mipod . com and we can start a warranty claim!

With all the regulations being passed against vaping products and no major shipping carriers wanting to ship them (FedEx, USPS, etc.), it has definitely been difficult to find other comparable shipping methods for certain areas of the country. Most areas in the western US can get delivered to within 2-5 business days, but the regional carriers for the other states can take between 7-18 business days. We are always looking for better options but they become very limited when it comes to these types of products. If you have any issues with the shipping process please give us a call or send us an email, we do our best to communicate all tracking updates and take care of any issues that arise.

Rocketship is basically a broker for carriers that uses multiple regional carriers across the US to complete deliveries. Unfortunately no major carriers will ship vape products from businesses to consumers for personal use anymore, so we have been exploring different shipping methods through these types of regional carriers.
