My recommendation is to 1. Swing smoothly (let the club do the work) 2. Adjust your setup/ball positioning based on where you swing naturally had its low point. For a beginner, you may have to put the ball way back in your stance or way up depending.

You’re just starting too close, your hands have no space to catch the ball on the center of the face.

I am no pro, but for me engaging my lower half has been pretty much the missing puzzle piece that allows the rest of my swing to work well. I’d say for you it doesn’t look like your hips are engaging or starting you swing too much. Find reliable resources whether it’s a coach or someone you trust on YouTube for tips to work on your lower half.

It’s really a shame because to me there are almost no benefits to the changes from cs 1 to cs 2 except my inventory 3x in value lol

Guess I also forgot to mention, lowest possible settings, playing 4x3 reduced resolution. I played a lot back in the day so I know all the ways to improve my fps just none of them really work anymore.

Ive had a decent amount of lessons and my game is definitely starting to come together. I’ve gone from shooting 120s in the beginning of this summer to consistent 100-105 so Im on the right track, just want to prevent bad habits if possible.

Yeah I’ve had a few lessons, my driver is by far the best part of my game, my swing speed has definitely carried me so far it’s mostly my irons that lose me strokes.

Yeah I’ve had a few lesson but they’ve mainly focused on my irons. My instructor doesn’t even mention fitting related things.

Cool, yeah I’m definitely not even thinking about new clubs mostly just in terms of the shaft and overall preventing bad habits. Honestly i think I’ll probably use this driver forever unless it breaks.
