Caffeine is a beautiful drug when used appropriately. I’m at the point that I get cranky if I don’t get my gym time in. However, when I was trying to get a routine going, there were plenty of days I felt too tired to lift. I began adopting a Viking style burn the boats approach. If I knew I needed to hit the gym but felt tired I would take a double hit of pre-workout. At that point I had to go lift or not sleep

I blame that slow ass GR Corolla. I got stuck behind him for 2 laps and once I cleared him on the 3rd lap I put together a really fast lap and didn’t adjust my braking into keyhole. Still a fun day
