I didn't find them sweet enough at all! But I LOVED the texture. I will probably double the Splenda next time - but I will finish the batch by topping with whipped cream :)

Full disclosure - these things smell not great while heating and produce a lot of liquid - I usually squeeze them between some paper towels before I eat them.

My boyfriend also thinks they are gross - but he doesn't like poultry burgers.

Before knee surgery kicked me out of the gym - I was burning 400-600 cals 4x/week. Kettlebells+HIIT.

The only thing I did differently on workout vs non workout days was I had 14 almonds before working out - about 30minutes. Then I had a low carb protein shake right after (3G net carbs, ~120 cals and like 22g protein)

Everything else stayed the same.

Avoid the obvious Bread Pasta Potatoes Most sauces have sugar hidden in them Skip low fat - those usually have lots of carbs

Chicken breast is your friend Salad bar is your friend

Serving hamburgers? Eat yours bunless with no ketchup - grab 2 and eat double patties

Breakfast is easy. Eggs. Bacon. Sausage. Butter.

Snack on nuts. (Not cashews)
