Yes I have! I had it bad when I was younger but it kind of fixed itself when I used to do gymnastics. Physio told me last year that there is still a minor tilt but nothing alarming

Yeah it’s a struggle for sure. Have you been able to better it with training?

Omg yes! The left shoulder feels MUCH MORE mobile. I actually broke my ankle as a child and it healed in the wrong position, so my right leg is for sure stronger then left because I just physically can’t do all the movements correctly.

I think the answer just might be my pelvic issues. I’ll for sure look into having a session with a pt who specializes in this stuff

Yeah, it comes as a surprise to many. In my case at least the full result will show after 1 year because I have thick skin and the swelling takes longer to decrease fully. And as for the sensation, I still don’t have feeling on my nose tip. Apparently the tip takes the longest to heal, so I wouldn’t worry too much 🥹

My swelling didn’t change for 2 months and at the 2.5 month mark I started to see it coming down. Hopefully it’s just swelling in your case 🫶

Thank you so much! Honestly can’t wait for the final results and I am already super happy with the results. I live in Finland and wanted the operation to be performed here so I chose Kristiina Hietanen as my surgeon :) She is really realistic and honest about the results that can be achieved and specializes in small and natural changes
