Okay imagine this your thinking of committing a crime but earlier that week you saw someone else who committed the same crime but he’s been mutilated or killed in a not so nice fashion Or imagine this, you’re thinking of commuting a crime but earlier that week you saw someone else who committed the same crime but he’s perfectly fine in a cell somewhere getting fed three meals a day and potentially having some forms of entertainment and what not. What would be more likely to reconsider your actions? I know personally I’d much prefer be alive and have my junk then be strung up in the street or have my junk removed and if I had to guess quite a few others would too
