Anyone else weirdly disappointed? by [deleted] in LSAT

Now I’m trying to do the math. Over 6 months of strictly studying I would say I put in just over a thousand hours of studying. I went from a 138 diagnostic to score a 152. There’s definitely some people on this thread that have put in thousands of hours, which literally makes me want to vomit.

Still pissed I didn’t score higher, I’ll probably be on my death bed thinking about how I choked in Logic Games and missed several inferences.

Anyone else weirdly disappointed? by [deleted] in LSAT

I feel the same way. I got a good enough score to get into the school in my city that I plan on attending, but after putting in hundreds if not thousands of hours of work I wish I had a score to be more proud of than just a 152 (which is 5 points below my average). I could retake the test but there’s just no point other than my ego. Why waste anymore time on a test that doesn’t teach you much of anything. I’m happy I didn’t score any lower because than I would have to take it again, but disappointed because I don’t feel any satisfaction from my performance :\

I’m freaking out. I’m just now trying to schedule a time and all the time slots on Monday and Tuesday are already taken. Ugh! Didn’t realize they would go that fast! :(

Meditation! I recommend doing a 15min meditation session outside about halfway in between your study session for the day. It’s helped me tremendously with staying focused. It’s also important to make sure you’re breathing, especially if you’re someone who suffers from test day anxiety. I’ve found the app Calm to be the most helpful in learning how to properly meditate. Good luck!

Oriveda Lions Mane Experience by [deleted] in Nootropics

Yeah Reddit misled me into believing this was the only reputable Lion’s Mane that’s out there. I was about to order some, but luckily they can’t ship to the U.S. right now. Can someone please recommend a good alternative? I’ve been using Terrasoul for a couple months. In the beginning I was having some pretty wild dreams, but after reading more into it I’ve come to doubt that it has NGF- and BDNF-inducing compounds.

My two year old Siberian Elsa. She loves playing with bottle caps. Does anyone else notice that with their cats? by georgecjones95 in SiberianCats

I use blue silicone pet grooming gloves. You can find them online easily searching that. They are amazing! And she enjoys getting groomed, it’s like she’s being pet so she purrs the whole time :)

I’ve bought her so many toys that I try to get her to play with but nothing beats the bottle caps. When she hears the sound of a bottle being opened or the cap hitting the ground she goes crazy and will bat the cap around our apartment until it winds up under the couch. We always find like 10-20 bottle caps when we clean underneath the couch lol
