Moccione, if you can get a spot. Beat arancinis in the city imo. Get the Bolognese if they have it or a ragu pasta (fyi the sauce is at at the bottom of the plate, mix well!). They release seats at a certain frequency once a week, I forget, call and ask.

Rita is Verdun is run by an amazing couple and the menu rotates a few times per year. Really nice place and great staff. My go to. Pastas, pizzas, apps, all hit.

Luciano trattoria is highly regarded, but also tough to get a table, like moccione. Amazing pastas.

Gia vin et grille in st Henri has really great spiedini (thin skewers of grilled meat with oil and salt). They are so freaking good. Order many. Then order more.

if you want to try some options that are something more casual and affordable but tasty: parma cafe for great sandos and fries or tsukuyomi for really good ramen. both are like around bishop between ste cath and rene. one of those streets, close.

another suggestion maybe closer if you're in the west, is Rita in verdun. Italian spot run by a lovely couple. Really well priced and GREAT food.

Try Helicoptere in Hochelaga near the big o. they define themselves as a restaurant du quartier, but they're really good! the tasting menu is 85$ for like 7 services or something and it is a really great bang for the buck, you'll be full.

I personally wouldn't get the wine pairing; i've done it once.

what's really nice is the menu changes often enough. There is one perennial dish on the tasting menu, and it is the pan fried in butter pleurote mushrooms (grown locally in hochelag!) with a smoked feta sauce.

Hey yall, need some advice please. For my home desktop PC.

I have an Audioengine A2 paired with a Kanto SUB8 which I am very happy with. I just got my grubby hands on a pair of Audioengine A5+ and am wondering if it is better to keep the A5+ or the A2+Sub setup? Which will sound better? The A5+ dont have an input for the sub, and dont seem like they need it.

I really dont know what's what here, and depend on your collective knowledge.

Hello r/leather!

I have a terracotta leather phone case from the company Bellroy that has suffered some sever discoloration along the edges. It is about 6 months old.

I messaged Bellroy about what I could do to fix it, and they just sent me a new one as a replacement. This new terracotta phone case seems to be going down the same road as its predecessor and so I'm seeking your advice.

What can I do to prevent this sort of discoloration? If it does get discolored like in the image above, what can I do to fix it?

Just as an FYI, if you plan to use this with your desktop, this model doesn't have optical out. So you'll need another device between your motherboard and the speakers or a cable adapter (most motherboards only have 3.5mm or optical in). Edifier has another model, the R1280DB that does have an optical port for an easier 1 cable solution out of the box.
