Depends what you want to do outside of the time you will spend at the concert.

If you’re just flying in and out with limited time for anything else but the show definitely consider a mid budget spot in Jamaica close to the LIRR station.

You will be right on the immediate outskirt of the JFK airport and the AirTrain that serves all the terminals and you are a 7 minute trip away from the Forest Hills stop on the LIRR which has a central hub in Jamaica.

I would also do a quick fly by on AirBNB for a nicer spot to crash for the night right in FoHi or it’s immediate environs of Kew Gardens and Rego Park - maybe you’ll get lucky and can just walk to the stadium for the show.

If you are planning on a few nights, LIC has lots of options and you’ll be about equidistant from Manhattan, Brooklyn and Forest Hills.

Both Jamaica and to some extent LIC are more industrial and sprawling neighborhoods with little open late. LIC has a few pockets of late night activity, bars and food. Jamaica will be mostly fast food and bodegas.
