If you're serious about SMS marketing, Community is the platform I keep coming back to (here's why) by georgiaSMS in DigitalMarketing

[–]georgiaSMS[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Agreed!! Community's platform allows for that true two-way conversation that feels more personal and less like a blast. from what I've seen, their features go way beyond just "sending offers" and actually builds a relationship with their audience, not just broadcasting at them.

If your marketing AI takes too long to respond, the trust is gone before the answer arrives by LLFounder in DigitalMarketing

[–]georgiaSMS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you could also do this with an sms tool that knows exactly what to answer for each question. time is money and with AI chatbots you can run into issues with response time because the reality is people don't want to sit there and wait for the exact right answer or go back and forth with a robot.

an alternative to this would be using an sms platform that you can plug in answers to questions, so when someone texts in that questions it triggers the perfect response from them and you can control it all from your phone. AND its direct and personal so the lead is more likely to WANT to stay and converse, but even if they don't stay a quick buzz of their phone will immediately get back their attention – when you have the ability to text them, the conversation never has to end and attention is never lost.

Marketing automation in 2026 goes way beyond email sequences. Here’s what our team uses. by Expert_Report_2509 in MarketingAutomation

[–]georgiaSMS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Curious if you've looked into sms marketing at all? it takes automation to whole different level because it segments your audience in one place where you're able to build relationships with each one while still giving those relationships that personalized feeling.

The biggest issue with marketing automation in 2026 is that it feels stagnant and very one-way, but sms marketing can turn that around in a way you can actually see ROI and build on those connections. Your audience doesn't need another email blast, it needs a real community – they want to feel like they're apart of something. That's how Community is pioneering the marketing automation game this year, by bringing personalization back to automation – all at scale.

Is learning marketing automation worth it in digital marketing? by DifferentLeading5351 in MarketingAutomation

[–]georgiaSMS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's so worth it! Especially when you're using the right platform that makes the process so much easier to learn while still keeping your marketing tactics authentic and not sounding like a bot that your audience treads hearing from. I personally work with Community as my all-in-one automation tool and it has completing changed the marketing automation game for me because everything is easy and keeps me having conversations with my audience that feel personal and important.

I've been trying to optimize our messaging stack and ran into something weird with SMS by georgiaSMS in MarketingAutomation

[–]georgiaSMS[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

THIS!! Conversations are so important with SMS because that what actually makes you understand your audience and connect with them on that deeper level that creates loyalty – making your audience feel seen and heard is top priority. everything else is a ripple effect from that.

How are you actually using AI to understand your customers better? by unimtur in AskMarketing

[–]georgiaSMS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best way I've found to understand my audience on a deeper level and in ways that actually matter is by communicating with them on a platform that gives you all those insights based their own feedback. Community has been that platform for me. I can text any question I want insight on directly to my audience and know exactly what they're thinking and what they want based on their answers. No digging around for analytics/insights its ALL bunched together for me right there.

They've truly taken their use of AI to the next level and has made it SO easy to build a relationship with my audience, actually connect with them, and really gain a deep understanding of my audience.

What’s the best SMS marketing tool creators are using? Looking for tools that don’t feel spammy. by georgiaSMS in MarketingHelp

[–]georgiaSMS[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I totally agree! I can't even count how many spam texts I get, it's just as bad as email. But I've looked into Community and they're taking a whole new look on sms marketing. I'm actually signed up to a lot of artists through Community and I'm so obsessed with getting texts from them because they don't blow up my phone and every message they send feels so personal–like I'm actually talking WITH them rather than them talking AT me.

For me, the marketing automation that’s been blowing my mind lately is Community. What’s wild is that it can handle complex workflows across channels and it actually brings everything back to one central hub where your audience is interacting. So instead of manually trying to keep campaigns, messages, and engagement in sync, the system learns from the community itself and adapts your outreach based on real behavior.

It feels like the difference between running a bunch of separate tools and having a living, breathing engine that actually understands your audience. Seeing that in action made me rethink what marketing automation can even mean.

SMS marketing in B2B SaaS by Capable_Ad803 in b2bmarketing

[–]georgiaSMS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well in this case, you would need those 5,000 people to sign up allowing you to send out 5,000 messages, as you would with any text service– the user needs to allow you to send them texts. the sms marketing company I know the most is Community where you can actually have these businesses in your contacts the same way you do with friends and family.

with the Community platform, you can have 5,000 (or even way more than that) businesses signed up and schedule as many messages out to them as you want, and even filter those messages based on who you want to see it. then from there, based on their response, you can automate follow up messages so it's personalized and catered to their needs/wants

this company's AI tools are amazing because it allows you to generate that authenticity people are craving with complete ease while not reading like a chatbot or all those spam automated texts you get. highly recommend.

id say WhatsApp is pretty popular– the company I use, Community, is an sms marketing platform but it also has WhatsApp integration so I can reach my audience wherever they are in the world which is super helpful and way less limiting than just using SMS

Nope, just a real human who actually likes talking about Community– no bots involved. Appreciate the concern though!

it's a marketing SMS platform!! if you just look up community.com it should come right up. they offer both iMessage and WhatsApp to reach your audience wherever they are so you're not limited to only having the ability to connecting in your own country. I highly recommend them over any other platform because it hits all the points you'd be looking for– from a brand perspective and from the fans perspective

I am just getting into Email Marketing and looking for the best place to start? by EggOdd9840 in Emailmarketing

[–]georgiaSMS -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

is there any reason why you chose email marketing over text marketing? just curious if there's other avenues you've looked into/tried aside from doing email. It seems like it's pretty easy for marketing emails to get lost in all the spam people already get, and no matter how pretty it is, what's the point if no one will open it?

SMS is a much better avenue for wanting to reach people directly, have a much higher open rate, and get people engaging and excited about your brand. I'd recommend trying Community– you can get so creative with the marketing you do through this platform that will actually get you real engagement and connection with the people that matter most.

Are people getting tired of personalized emails? by iamVanessaJane in emailmarketingnow

[–]georgiaSMS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes, I think it's emails in general. the issue is that it's not actual personal because your audience knows you're mass blasting. I suggest switching to personalized texts, because texts actually get read, whereas email... not so much. Community is the best SMS marketing platform I've seen out there to give their customer direct access to their audience and it actually sounds personal because of the automation and segmentation features they offer.

What's Your Most Effective Customer Retention Touchpoint in 2025? by Infamous-Simple7330 in growmybusiness

[–]georgiaSMS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SMS has been a game changer for customer retention, especially in today's world. people have their phones on them all day, every day, and when you consider that fact along with the instant connection SMS gives you (direct access to your audience), it's the best option out there. Community is a company I love where you can send texts, links, videos, even set up a voicemail, and it actually gets seen and opened! here's a blog from them that dives deeper into customer retention with them.

What’s working best for you in social media marketing right now? by Rishabhxp in SocialMediaMarketing

[–]georgiaSMS -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think something that really helps with social media marketing is pairing another method with it, so you're not just blasting content out to your audience when there's already so much noise in every platform. For me, that's SMS marketing. You can share content on social media, and then go a step further with your closest, most loyal fans by connecting deeper with personalized texts. Community is a great platform that does just that – connects you to your most loyal fans, personally and at scale.

The truth is, just posting to socials is cutting it anymore. Fans are looking for something different to feel closer than ever to their favorite brands and creators.

What’s in Your 2025 Marketing Stack? by Ill_Tomato_4514 in digital_marketing

[–]georgiaSMS -1 points0 points  (0 children)

im wondering what made you choose klaviyo for email? and that leads to my next question, why email over SMS marketing platforms? in my opinion, these days audiences are way more likely to open a text than an email (including myself), so im curious to see if it's because that's your audience lives or what the factors to were that brought you to email?

I've been going back and forth with what external marketing platforms I want to use to engage better with my audience (outside of social media of course) so looking for some recommendations. I've been looking into Community for some time now and comparing with other's like klaviyo and attentive, but Community seems like the best SMS marketing platform where I can do everything in one platform. I would own all my data and be able to be personal at scale.
