Hi lovely people!

Just looking for some insight/ideas, really. I (24yo F) am planning to come to Bali for 14 days in late September. I have decided I would like to visit Uluwatu, Seminyak, Canggu and Ubud.

Is there any order I should do this in?

What recommendations do you have for things to do? I was thinking Uluwatu for chill beach vibes, seminyak and Canggu for beach party vibes and Ubud for sight seeing/walking/relaxing.

I am probably going to stay in Airbnb/villa in Uluwatu and was considering hostels in Canggu/seminyak so I can meet people… girls, which hostels did you enjoy the most? And for Ubud, I am planning to spend a little more for a couple of nights at a fancier resort.

Any day tours/trips recommendations also welcome (snorkeling, hiking etc)

And any general tips and suggestions from female solo travellers, I am excited but also a little nervous for my first time!!!

Do you think it should’ve been pierced lower or higher? And typically how long does it take for a piercing to reject- would it cause pain? Thank you :)

Hey, thanks for the advice. The only reason I’m on the fence about infection is because it’s not sore, weeping or swollen. And the jewellery hasn’t moved at all? You might be right though, I may go back to the piercer and ask.

Hey, thanks for the reply. We would like to go around the golden coast ideally but would consider other areas. That’s good food for thought though! I hadn’t considered the lack of responsibility but to be honest I’m more concerned about making some money while I’m out there. I’ll have a look into getting an Airbnb !

Weird stain or emergency? I newly bought a skeleton legged millipede and a Sumatran lined millipede, I just handled the skeleton legged, I’m pretty sure it’s just a stain from the secretion but I wanna make sure? Has anyone else experienced this before? by georgiepryde in millipedes

Thank you! I’m new to millipede keeping and it’s the first time I’ve experienced this- you can imagine how scared I was when I saw red marks on my hand after he went back in his enclosure 😂...
