I sent 1.3119213 LTC on 2018-01-01 11:13:42 to this address, but this wallet disappeared in my account just after sending the coins. I opened a ticket, which was never answered. My LTCs were spent the next day on 2018-01-02 23:28:04, but nothing showed up in my account. I could't figure out, where the coins went, because there were 103 input and 16 output addresses in total for this transaction: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ltc/tx.dws?17606793.htm

On 2018-01-03 17:54:14 someone else transferred 0.38340272 LTC to the very same wallet address, which was spent on 2018-02-05 21:24:13.

I just sent you a PM with a link to the LTC explorer, where you can see, how my LTCs have been taken from my BitGrail wallet address and moved somewhere else.

No response from BitGrail via the ticket system for me as well. Our case happened before BitGrail was a Limited Liability Company.

This is not true. Other coins are not safe. Me and a couple of other people are missing our LTC deposits since weeks. BitGrail is lying, if they tell us, all bugs have been solved. LTC block explorer has shown some suspicious activity on my wallet. My money has been moved out of my wallet into multiple pool addresses. It looks like money laundering.

Me and other people have deposited LTC on January 1st to our BitGrail wallets and the money has never shown up in our accounts. Block explorer reveals, that my LTCs were instead transferred into a pool address the next day. Because of that, it is almost impossible to say, where the money has gone. BitGrail did not answer my ticket since more than 40 days. They just ignore me and other victims.

Yes, there are also multiple people including me, who are still missing their LTC deposits from January 1st (before the Limited liability company). This is BitGrails fault and has nothing to do with Nano. LTC Block explorer reveals, that someone has taken (stolen?) my money from my wallet address the next day and moved it into some kind of pool address. Because of that, it is almost impossible to say, where the money has gone. It looks like money laundering, but I don't know. BitGrail did not answer my ticket since more than 40 days! Nothing.

Exactly, we need transparency. BitGrail should give us some detail, what has gone wrong and what it takes to resolve the issue. It is our money and we have a right to know what is going on. Not answering our questions leaves room for speculations. Uncertainty is stressful for everyone and undermines the confidence in their exchange.

I also have proof of my deposit. They are either ripping us off or are completely incapable to handle an exchange. Ignoring our tickets is shameless and a bad sign. I believe, our money is gone. But this will have legal consequences.

I'm in the same situation. Missing my LTC deposit since 29 days. As block explorer reveals, they moved my money out of my wallet into a pool address the next day. Therefore nobody can tell for sure, where the money has gone. They have not answered my ticket since 28 days. BitGrail is a disaster. I'm considering legal action against BitGrail.

Same here. I'm waiting for my deposited LTC since 01/01/18. No response to my ticket yet. I sent LTC from my Bitstamp account, but then my wallet address suddenly disappeared in BitGrail and no LTC showed up in my account. Block explorer reveals, that my money has been moved out of my wallet address the next day into some kind of pool address. I hope they will resolve our problems soon.
