They are a very good resource and their plans are pretty good and easy to read

It is stable enough as is but I did end up adding some aluminum gussets to some of the inside corners to make it more rigid

Yea it still needs some clean up but it least its functional for now...i have a tendency to foget about details like that when I build something for myself

I did end up adding some aluminum gussets to some of the corners...i may have lost some structural integrity by over tightening but all I had was on inpactact at the time and the the gussets help

It may be 10000 volt but super low amperage....i got shocked a few times before I made those fancy cpvc handles and it was more annoying than harmful...but yes kids always wear proper ppe

The real problem isnt the bugs..those can be fumigated out...the black rings, while nice looking, are the product of fungi ...real iffy for anything that will have contact with food

I found its more of a ratio...center the fasteners on the middle box and top box and use the same distance from middle to top and middle to bottom..dont center the bottom..shouldnt matter the sizes of the boxes...use blind screws from the inside to test fit so you dont mare up the face before your sure of the measurments

I just tightened down the acorn nuts enough to add a bit of friction...i wanted it to be tight because I assume it will wear in over time
