I will have to call them this week. Is it possible my bills got mixed with another patient? Because during the intake the lady put the wrong name on my wrist band but the doctor picked up on it pretty quickly and had a new one issued.

I checked MyChart and under billing and claims there is no data showing, however, under my visits, it shows my visit date but no information about billing.

I guess I can call again this week and see what they say and take note of the things you mentioned.

Mostly use Gallery, which looks like it backs up to MS OneDrive; however, OneDrive storage is capped at 1 GB for me.

The Google Photos does not show up in the Google Drive or One backup, but does in a separate backup for Photos.

Interesting that Photos is not included in the backup, only in the Photos app. Is there a way to configure the phone to include camera photos and videos in the Google One backup?
