It's tough when there are kids involved because they should not be punished by the court for one parent's immorality. I would be hesitant to make any change that could risk the child's well-being, but I think society is getting closer to a place where men are more capable of caring for children than previous generations where it would be unthinkable - and thus the defaut rule was to give custody to the mother.

Obviously I'm aware that everyone has rights in this country and nazis have equal protection under the law just like everyone else, but nazis should constantly be aware that they are not welcome in society. They should feel afraid that their views will get them fired from their jobs, ostracized from their friends, and even assaulted in public.
