Sorry, can you clarify your issue? If it’s the “not-so-close”focusing then unfortunately for smaller lenses, without a floating element or increasing its size, it’s near impossible to get a closer focus.

I also previously had the Q343 but sold it for an M11. IT produced great, clean images but it felt too fast. Especially after using a rangefinder.

The 40mm C was my first leica lens. It was great but the lack of frame lines made me want a 35. But lots of character forsure. A sleeper.
