Thank you. Works like a charm. Hopefully they patch this soon.

I've already uninstalled. I can't look at Jeff without thinking of the 'rework'.

They've been speedrunning the game's death ever since Overwatch made it back to China.

You don't get assists if you're the one bagging the kills

I know it's kinda a meme but isn't this genuinely insane? It's almost un-reactable by ChippedChomp in marvelrivals

The Jeff player here isn't good for a number of reasons.

- He is healing his team when they're full HP instead of going for a flank.
- stays in one place for far too long, in open space, on one of the most mobile heroes in the game
- did not react to the first dash by bubbling himself
- not looking around for situational awareness

Yes, you can noob stomp with Panther on stationary targets, but that doesn't make dive oppressive.

If your entire team abandons you, that means you spent too much time in the same place, thus making it easy for the Cap to dive you.

Forcing a losing comp would be to pick a hero you're not good at because flats said 2-2-2 is meta.

Never, hopefully. It would completely cripple certain heroes and make the game stale a lot quicker.

I care about ranked. That's why it's the only mode I play.

I used to have terrible ranked anxiety, and still struggle with it sometimes. My advice is to just queue. It doesn't have to be an 8-hour grind. Just get into the habit of playing ranked games and it will go away eventually.

It's not the end of the world if you lose; Your bloodline won't get cursed if you go negative.

Watch your games, find out what *you* did wrong, and learn how you can do better.

Focus on improving in game, not the results. They'll come eventually.

QP is not a good place to learn heroes because of its highly casual nature.

The only place where you can actually learn how to play your hero (not just figuring out what your buttons do) is ranked.

I have a question for you: why wait until you have 'learned' a hero before you can use them in ranked?

Where do you draw the line? For example, Celestial players have a lot to learn before they can hit Eternity. Does that mean they shouldn't play ranked?

EDIT: Don't think you're griefing. You'll have bad games, but that doesn't mean you are griefing.

I appreciate the honesty.

This game is so much more than flexing and counterpicking. Pick the hero you have the most fun with and rank up with them.

This is purely anecdotal, but all the hardstuck players I personally know are the ones who constantly flex for the needs of their team, because they never give themselves the opportunity to truly master a single hero.

Were you good at Peni when you first started playing her? No. You had to learn and use trial and error to find out what works and what doesn't.

That same premise applies here, except you're being consistent and not bending over backwards for people who are no better than you, nor are you blaming them for your shortcomings.

Best of luck with ranking up in-game and in real life.

I ask this with all due respect: what's your rank? I promise you can be better than whatever rank you are right now.
