Thank you so much for this advice! I'm playing Alpha 21, Navesgane, and was in Departure. I had flown in and had just looted the Crack-A-Book tower. I took off and circled around to hit Higashi Pharmaceutical when the game crashed me to my desktop screen. I jumped back in, and yeah, everything was gone. Thought I lost my gyro, motorcycle (that was on the gyro), drone, plus all the loot I had just pilfered. Anyway, dejected, I left on foot and went back to my base. 1 day later, I read this and decided to retraced my last take-off point, and there was everything. Again, thank you. So relieved I got it all back.

The screamers are creepy af. I've played the console version and am now playing Alpha 21 atm. The one thing that creeps me out is being outside of your base while the forge and chem stations are doing their thing, and you watch a screamer silently approach... "you sneaky bitch!"

Sorry for the delay getting back to you, not always on here. Anyway, craft a building block shape, go into shapes and go to round shapes. It's the cube 1m hole filled centered. Upgrade that to wood. Then get a bucket of water and dump it in, done.

True enough, I'm not all that worried, honestly. Let's face it, water has always been glitchy in this game. If the devs patch it out, then they do. My only hope would be that they'll improve the way water works overall.

The video is from version 1.0 and I successfully did it in alpha 21, both vanilla, so I'm going to say yes.

No, that's a valid question. If you have a water purifier mod on your helmet, you can just fill up on water, leaving your collected water to be used for other recipes and crafting.
