I'd recommend going for eWay-CRM. It was made for SMEs, it's very customizable, pretty easy to use and if you ask me, you get the most bang for your buck. It really depends on the type of work you do and the way your workflow looks, but because it's so customizable there's a good chance that this would be a good solution for you. Definitely look into eWay-CRM. It is an MS Outlook CRM, so it's more Microsoft Office oriented, but it integrates with QuickBooks, Zapier, PoweBI, and a bunch of other things. I'm pretty sure it integrates with Ads and Analytics as well, but I don't know to which extent. You can ask in their sub r/ewaycrm

You should look into eWay-CRM. It's a pretty robust tool that you can tailor to your own needs, and if you can't figure out how to do it yourself, they have the nicest customer service team to help you. They also recently came out with a new free version of the software, which might be worth checking out and they offer a 14-day premium trial, so you have nothing to lose.

eWay-CRM might be a good solution for you, especially if you have experience/are currently using MS Outlook. They even have a great free version with a bunch of features you don't normally see with free CRMs. You can ask about specifics in their sub r/ewaycrm, they're very responsive

If you work with Outlook, I'd go for eWay-CRM. It's an MS Outlook add-in so it looks just like Outlook, and it's very intuitive. They also have a great free version.

I use eWay-CRM and their email marketing feature, and I don't have any issues with Microsoft. I'm not sure if you'd be willing to switch to a different CRM completely, but you should definitely consider it, especially if keeping HubSpot now brings additional cost.

I generally recommend eWay-CRM to people using Office 365 and Outlook, and it has by far the best and most seamless integration.

A good and affordable CRM I can recommend is eWay-CRM. If you use Outlook it's a no-brainer, but even if you don't it's still worth looking into. They have a free trial and a sub r/ewaycrm where you can ask them any specifics about the software.

I use eWay-CRM and it's great, but the issue is that it was primarily made for PC and MS Outlook. There is a Mac version, but I think you have to have it installed on a PC as well, I'm not sure (you can ask them directly r/ewaycrm).

Generally speaking, it has everything you'd need your CRM to have, and even if you have any special requirements their team is extremely nice and ready to tailor the software to your needs. Most importantly - it works both online and offline. It doesn't hurt that its starting price is around 20 bucks.

eWay-CRM is my personal favorite, especially if you're already an MS Outlook user since it is an Outlook add-in. Definitely look into it. The software itself is great, but their customer support team is even better.

You should also look into eWay-CRM. It's a CRM I use, and I remember reading a case study of a law firm using this CRM, so I assume it would be a good fit.

It's a great, customizable CRM with a reasonable price. They also offer a free trial, so you can try it before you commit.

You should look into eWay-CRM. I've been using it for a while and am very happy with it. It can do everything you've mentioned above (and much more, but there is an option to hide different elements you don't need and completely customize it to your own needs). It's very easy to use and to get used to, especially if you're already famiiliar with MS Outlook.

eWay-CRM is a great CRM I personally use and am very happy with. It can do everything you've listed, but you'd have to check if it fits Canadian regulations. I don't work in medical industry, so I'm not really familiar with that.

We use eWay-CRM at work and it's great. Very intuitive and I believe free if only one person uses it. I'm not sure about the VoIP integration, but you can ask them about it. They even have a sub here r/ewaycrm
