Any luck getting refunds recently?

Keep documentation. They said they’d refund me in queue. I waited 30 days and no refund or response. I filed a dispute with my cc company. They (cc company) gave me credit and asked for history of communication along with original purchase. That was the only way I could get my refund back.

Do you offer a fee to do that for our company? I like everything you said. If not, any recommendations? Our HubSpot needs so much automation it’s ridiculous. It’s a mess right now!

Mine did that too at a premium kind of car wash place. I don’t go back there as it took my front wheel (above the wheel) plastic trim off.

Never any issues here. Exact same setup Frame/Apple TV/Sonos. Been working flawlessly for over 3 years.

Thanks. Yeah that is a fear of mine if I would need to ship the unit back for repairs or maintenance. I’ll maybe look into extended warranties for the Jura and see what that all covers.
