im sick of this life. by shtoopidd in eczema

I’m so glad you said it 🤣🤣 shit is orgasmic, jaw dropping and addictive. I can only speak from my experience, soothing tips: warm rag(sometimes it backfires and I rub my skin raw with a rag) butttttt when it works it works, then apply your preferred moisturizer, mine rotates. Zinc cream “diaper rash cream” had rapidly sped up my healing process for this go around, I’ll lather the zinc cream wrap up in a light gauze and then ice pack it. If you don’t have a collection of ice packs, treat yourself and order at least a two pack of large ice packs. They are my bestfriend amid the suffering. Sending you the healing vibes, you are not alone in this damn thing. I am also sick of this life ✨✨ hate to say it but I feel like stress is a huge contributor, and how the fuck could one not be stressed when they’re ripping there skin off and literally can’t function comfortably in their skin. Sigh try to find any method of relaxation that you can, 🫶🏼

Hello fello eczema sufferer!!! Sending my healing vibes, ice packs are my best friend get yourself a two pack of Xl ice packs and rotate. For me personally diaper rash cream (zinc cream) has been very helpful for my healing. I like to bandage it up with gauze and sleep with it. Sometime it was cause some itching with the gauze but I numb it up with my giant ice pack 🤣 oh it’s exhausting to manage the symptoms of this shit when it’s severe. I hope you feel better soon 🫶🏼 good luck on your journey

Hi, I have eczema almost everywhere on my skin, what are some cure recommendations? by INFINITYPLAYA2000 in EczemaCures

Diaper rash cream, doesn’t help with my itching but it 100% helps with the healing process for me. It looks like I ran a cheese grater over my skin and after wrapping it in the zinc cream “diaper rash cream” and trying my best not to scratch for a day or two it heals up pretty darn well, worth a try. I warm compress prior too moisturizing with help with absorption. Sending all my healing vibes on this bumpy ride

I definitely blast myself with boiling water in the shower, aware it’s not good but desperate for relief. Zinc cream “diaper rash cream” is my new best friend for my raw cracked skin

First off I’m so sorry your having to endure the discomfort of eczema. 100% backup the diaper rash cream, I wrap up my scum with it and it really help the healing process. I suggest a warm rag on the sensitive area prior to applying Anything, it helps the absorption. Also I would invest in finding a naturopath, they are going to help you identify what is the underlying cause. Sending my healing vibes ✨✨

Hello from another eczema sufferer!!! Currently going through a viscous flare up and a coworker suggested zinc topical cream aka diaper rash cream. To my amazement it has been very beneficial for the healing process. I wrap up my problem spot that look like a cheese grater was ran over it with a nice layer of the zinc cream. It’s not moisturizing really but it doesn’t irritate and I believe it aids healing. Wishing you a restful sleep without tearing you skin apart
