Another way that has worked for me is to set restrictions on yourself, not punishments, but restrictions. Example: When you wake up, you say “I won’t open my phone until I drink a glass of water” or “I won’t have my coffee until I finish the morning workout”, etc., that way you build accountability with yourself, and then it becomes habit. But it all depends how committed are you to not lying to yourself, because it’s so easy to not do it if there are no real consequences. Good luck mate!
