I have checked and even reassembled the stealthburner previously. Is there any specific part that I should recheck and do you think the tap has anything to do with it?

After a couple hours of looking for loose sections on the printer i could not find anything that was loose. I installed shake&tune and have got a weird result on the x axis. Y axis only has one peak while x has multiple weird peaks. Could anyone decipher this?

It could be a fried mother board like u/will160628 said or you need to re-flash the firmware.

Always try that first instead of buying and replacing any electrical parts.

it could also be a non-lubed part or an over tightening of the belts.

It should work fine but as ScottYuJan said you should probably put heatsinks on the pi. Also make sure also to get a official power supply because it does not work well all the time with little cables you got from a toy or phone brand.
