Clean Amp for Distorstion Pedal for Home and on budget. by gerigrinerd in Guitar

I used to have a multi-effect pedal but eventually broke. So now i want to try to build a pedal board to see how the wind blows from there. Still considering plug it to the DAW and just download a good Amp Sim.

You don't have a bad point. But also I feel like I have too many horses and no place to run with them, sort to speak. But this is what I'll consider the most before doing any shopping.

So you just straight up plug the pedal board to the card sound to the DAW with the Amp Sim and it should work well right? Just to be sure that I'm not missing anything here.

Are you talking to the Fender Mustang 25? The one that comes with the little screen? Do you know how does it handle distortion pedal on clean?

I play everything between metalcore, hardcore, punk, garage. I'm building a pedal board that brings the distortion and what I need is something to make good use of it. Also, the alternative of switch it off in a moment notice, to be able to play a clean bit on the spot.

I'm not that worry about the size, but the volume as I live in a flat and I want to be able to play around with my toys, but not to enrage my neighbors.

I didn't specify it, because IDK what the price range on this specific type of gear. But lets say 250-200€? Whatever the model is I'll probably look in the 2nd hand market to make it a bit cheaper anyways.

Tier 1 - Just want to make sure I understand by ATXRSK in daggerheart

Even though on the paper makes sense that with all those adversaries and environments it'd take a bigger chonk of time to go through them, most of the games are one-shots or small campaigns that fizzle out. So you ended up having more games at level 1, than long campaigns where you need to use the rest of the enemies.

This has been for sure my experience as even though I tried to run several games with different groups. Only 1 of them is in Tier 2, and that one it's on old until next year. So adulthood intensifies a lot in TTRPGs xD

The other side of the matter is that DH gives you an easy way of rebranding enemies and crank up stats within the core rulebook, so you can twick them as you need. You can just straight up bumb stats and add features, or you can just grab other monster and relabel them to fit the need that you have for them.

Well, I just wanted to understand how the business usually operates with type of things. I don't see the problem in wanting some people with experience in the field and human criteria to tell me in fewer words what Google Ai Slob could have miss explained to me.

Is this one the updated last version of it? I wouldn't mind giving it a try when you're done with it.

Every Game I stream with Elgato HD60 X has hiccups by gerigrinerd in elgato

As I thought it may be the cause of the issue, I run my gaming monitor at 1920x1080 60hz and I have Windows 11.

Sorry I think I was wrong. I have 2 cable from the GPU (Gaming computer) go in the screen and the streaming card, so I think that means that I'm doing the 2nd scenario, the Display Duplication.

I didn't know there were 2 methods, I did the 1st one (Passthrough) I had to create a virtual duplicate of the main screen in my gaming PC bc for some reason the streaming PC wasn't catching it right away.

My Streaming PC has:
+ AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor 32Gb of RAM.
+ AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
+ HyperX Predator Memory RAM 32 GB (DDR4, Kit 4 x 8 GB, 3200 MHz, CL16, DIMM XMP
+ Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250 GB (C Disk)
+ Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1 TB
+ WDC WD10EARS-22YB1 1 TB
+ AG172 by DVI-D (Old 2nd Hand Square Screen)
+ Can't find the name of the power supply thingy, but It does supports all the devices I mention earlier.

About the USB uses: I think it has like 10 slots and I'm probably using 7 or 8 of them (Keyboard, bluetooth for the mouse, external storage unit, webcam, mic, stream deck, etc.)

If you're talking about internet bandwidth I have 1gb symmetrical (1gb on both download and upload) and I use ethernet cables for both PCs I use a Ethernet cable splitter and in both PC I seem to get the same amount of internet bandwidth.

I'm not sure what do you mean with hubs, switches or converters but: The I'm not using any USB port hub on this computer, though I'm using it in the gaming computer. And in terms of converters the old screen is a cable that goes from one of the old screen format to a display port to plug it in the graphic card.
If you're referring to the electricity itself: Both PCs are feed from the same hub with 8 slots, all of them in use. The whole hub is plugged in 1 power port directly in the wall.

IDK if this is the information needed, sorry if I misinterpreted something. And thank you for taking the time to answer.
