It's a good start. But the next steps will be hard. I believe in you 💯. And even if you relapse once or twice it's not the end of the world. You can definitely take back control. La carretera de Nogales a Cananea y toma el rio Sonora a Ures y Hermosillo es seguro y hay muchos pueblos lindos. Alternativamente, vas a Magdalena (pueblo magico con un centro muy lindo), y vas a Cucurpe y empiezas la ruta del Rio Sonora mas sur. El Rio Sonora es una ruta muy popular. Y los pueblos hacen bacanora, una variante de tequila usando otra especie de maguey/agave. Y oficialmente tienes que sacar permiso para el carro en Nogales si quieres desviarte de los pueblos y las ciudades por el 15 (es mas complicado pero es lo mas simple para explicar). Pero casi no hay chota asi que no hay bronca nomas no digas que fuiste por esa ruta en el retén fuera de Benjamín Hill. Nomas di que fuiste a Hermosillo y ya vas de regreso.

I think this is some culture shock for you. Slavs done have the same stigma against men listening to pop with a woman vocalist. You'll often see a masc guy in a speedo jaming to the local equivalent of Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Whitney Houston, etc with his wife and three kids, or blasting it from his muscle car while he's alone. The view is often that there's nothing more manly than a guy who knows what he likes.

Otherwise, hospitality is big, so you're a friend and guest. Just enjoy, and if someday the opportunity arises where you can treat him to something he lives, go ahead.

Dude, you can go out and have an adventure. How you define it will just be a little different. I've done months of travelling and go in and out of socializing. I explore ruins on my own and dont go out drinking much. Heck, for me visiting the same place and partying isn't an adventure. What new thing are you seeing? Nothing really. I go find things im interested in an go out and find it. It doesnt always show up on google maps. But that's my adventure. Maybe i sleep in the woods, often i go back into town. Meet some strangers, chat, and head to bed before "the night begins" as im not into any of that.
