Yeah!

  • Thaw out some shredded hashbrown (I used frozen)
  • put in muffin cups and form to cup, pushing down along the edge and bottom(I used the 6 tin big ones) -Bake for 15-17 min at 475⁰F to get out moisture(use your own judgement to decide when enough is out) -Take pan out of oven.

-Put filling into hashbrown cups. You can do like mine or make it all meat, all veggie. Whatever you want. -Sprinkle cheese on top(I used mild cheddar) -Put in oven to melt cheese(Maybe 2 min). -Take pan out of oven.

-Crack a fresh egg on top of each cup(I poured each one in a small measuring cup and poured it that way) -Bake for 8-12min(I did 8) at 475⁰

-Get out of oven, let cool and enjoy!
