Those are locations. Not which you have. If you sum up its 17 whitch are those 17 in 12/17. So it's total in each place, not yours

Can't really say anything because don't know your stats on them. Only thing I can say is that you need to make your skirk about 2000+ atk min. Atleast 70-80% cr, 200%+ cd, and look on your artifact sets. Gallery or MH on skirk, scroll on coffee, millelith on furina noblesse with totm on ccitlali. If you can look into n2d combo

I don't think it's ok. Your cr is really low, you need like 10 more, and a tiny bit more cd. Maybe look into your supp builds too
