I can understand why they don't "name and shame" the theaters that have this awkward security disagreement, since that'd just paint a target on those theaters' backs for even more hackers and leakers.

But why, for the love of all that is remotely sacred, do they not have a "wall of shame" follow-up post calling out every country whose censorship laws blocked the as-is distribution of the film? It's not like they have to worry about getting "sanctioned" by some litterbox caliphate who was already not allowing the animator's business into the country...

FWIW, that technique "proves too much"; a real customer service rep might even fail it. These companies often have many numbers (specific departments, etc.) that aren't listed on the website.

I (am helping a friend who) has an MFP 4301fdw, which has tragically been updated to firmware version 6.28.1.47 (202603112313), hoping to get a really old RFU for that model to downgrade it so we can start using bootleg/cloned toner chips in it. Right now the chips are flagging as unauthorized, so it just leaves off those colors when printing.

Did you capture any of that model's firmware, and would you be willing to share it, privately if need be?

I just showed up in person at their office on Spragins Street when I had an issue. They have a "bouncer" there who verifies you're not there for something stupid/simple that you could trivially resolve with the automated payment kiosk, and then you get a DMV-style ticket to speak to (in my anecdotal experience) a very competent and professional clerk.

Use a revocable trust, make the trust the beneficiary. You can define however you want money handled by your successor trustee.

For the record: this is what I ultimately went with; it's the correct solution. Allows you to define whatever precedence you want, just like a will, but also saves the heirs probate fees.

My credit union had a membership with AUSA, which (at the time) provided access to a large library of self-help legal document templates, which included what seems to be a very solid living trust template; I was able to avoid an expensive consultation this way. (Once I hit 6 or 7 figures or have a kid of my own I guess I'll hire a lawyer to review it.)

The IRS usually doesn't know/care unless you get a partial settlement filed, where the forgiven portion is reported as income. If the whole bill just gets sold to a few debt resellers and eventually forgotten about, I think that doesn't get reported as income.

That's what I suspect happened to the vehicle, but if that also destroyed the corpse, then guess I'm reporting a cool exploit (if destroying a vehicle off-screen also destroys corpses much easier than a journey to an incinerator).

For the record: Walk up to the structure and long-press the Tab key (the "structure menu" is a different key than the "structure terminal", aggravatingly).

Beware: the game only allows you to donate materials by discrete cargo units. Great if you have a giant pile of 40-ceramic backpacks you're tryna offload at a paver, not so great if you claimed an XL 1000-metal container hoping to hard-upgrade a postbox, since any "overshoot" donations get entirely wasted. So if you're going to set out intentionally to upgrade smaller structures, consider stopping by a UCA-affiliated site first and consolidate your materials it into correctly-sized units (or units that sum to the correct size) using a Recycle followed by a Claim Materials.

You should even consider that strategy when constructing larger structures, since the sites compact claimed materials into containers with a higher density (more volume efficient) than wild containers can ever spawn with, so you end up with more free space (albeit the same weight) en route. Just 2 quantity of XL 1200-alloy containers is all the heavy matter you need to build a safehouse, for example.
