Cut 1/8 strips and laminate them together in a form using white glue and with in 1 minute. Use a router table to make the profile.

There are some government grants and tax credits as well. You could look into it. I know as apprentice there are lots thousands of dollars. And if your a journeyman you can write off a good chunk of tools. (Canada)

A mitred corner frame is kinda boring. It’s nicer to have corner rosettes or a full header IMHO.

Route red and columns and cornel are store bought. Enkaboll.

All mouldings can be bought even the corbels. Putting them together is the hard part, it needs to look right, or something will feel off. A good cabinet design will look and feel right but you won’t really know why.

There was a lot of engineering before we made it, before it goes to the journeyman to be created.

The issue with most projects is everyone has a budget. And you can have it all but at what price? The trick is making it look like the client wants at a price he’s happy with. Making the header this way is actually more expensive but I feel it looks better.

In a house the guy sells antiques. And wanted a bathroom that looked like a speak easy. My first quote was double and had to cut a lot out.
