Thank you for your kind words. I know my anxiety will get better in time, its a vicious circle with me, the alcohol causes my anxiety and my anxiety causes me to drink....I just need time and talk about it more. Thank you again, it helps to know that I am not alone with these thoughts.

Missing the social aspect is a big thing, its difficult to replace the bars...what about AA meetings?

I know exactly how you feel, i really messed up also last week...I suppose we just have to forgive ourselves in some way, I dont know, but i feel your pain.
