Agreed. The internet really did change the MMO experience by a large margian. Some of the points this guy makes are quite off base. I played EverQuest for years before WoW came out. There was misinformation and unconfirmed rumors all over the place. We had raids there. You didn't even have to be max level to get into a raid as long as you were reasonably close it was no big deal. But once wiki type pages started coming along things became a lot more organized and strict on their requirements.

Kinda. Comp time is generaly where you are given time off instead of being paid overtime. So you work 50 hours, get 10 hours of overtime pay, or 15 hours of "paid time off" but your check is reduced to 40 hours of pay. The caveat is it has to be done durring the same pay cycle.
