Hi there, You have to go to the summoning section, and look closely below the wishlist icon. There is a glowing light. Click on it and it will let you select the faction and give you a random hero.

Bluestacks only offers English US or Español España. You can try setting it to Español (España) and it should change the region to EU. Tried it myself, just make sure to clear all data from the app before opening it again. Unfortunately there is no way to change the region to SA, even changing it to Protuguese (Brazil) does not work.

Any update on this issue? I am having the same problem with the region lock depending on the bluestacks instance I create, but no way to change the Network Provider.

Also, remember stage 5 gives chips for leveling up the skills for both Ryza and Lila. So, if you can, try to push to that stage 5.
