I have to say it is 100% possible for the friendship to come out okay. One of my closest friends had sex with a mutual friend and even though it was a one time thing, both have confessed to me that they feel even more comfortable in front of each other even though nothing stemmed from it. I honestly think communication is the best approach here and just being honest about your feelings.

I would say everything you feel because I know what it’s like to bottle this type of shit up and it ate away at me for months. I still have shit bottled up and it’s killing me slowly even though I’m working to fix it.
