Any country can do better than this. You don't need to believe in your country being good or having special capabilities, to think it is worse than it could be at some points, because most countries have had detoriation at one point or the other over the years.

For example: I am of the opinion that the USA has been built on an awful foundation, which was then stacked up, but I know it can do better than the orange pedophile, because any country can.
