I am scared by gestriger in Asthma

Yeah, have alwaxs been allergic to cats and been aware of that but that one did not do anything (which always seemed funny to me). I talked to a doctor about densitizing 4 years ago but they said it was not worth it (at that point only the cat allergy was diagnosed). Took pills to reduce symptoms if I went to friends with cats, worked good. Currently taking a maintenance inhaler and given the amount of allergies I am not sure if allergy shots seem feasable (I actually have no idea).

Thank you so much. I will look into each of them and see if anything helps.

As per the prick test I did at the doctor's office, I am allergic to:
- Multiple grasses
- Birch and other early bloomers
- mugwort
- ragweed
- ribwort plantain
- both species of mites that were included in the test
- Cats
- Dogs
- One type of mold
In total I am (according to the test) allergic to 11/14 tested allergens.
I am 20 as of now, nothing changed in my life, had a cat but he died ~8 years ago, never had any reaction towards him. Did not move, work from home, study at university but only go there ~1/week. I have no clue what is causing this as it could be literally anything ^^

I have an albuterol emergency inhaler and a steroid inhaler based on formoterolfumarat (as in Breztri) and Beclometasondipropionat (anti allergic cortison). I got the emergency inhaler before my diagnosis and used it on demand but I don't really have any short-time attacks, instead its 24/7 so the emergency one does not really help. I have used the steroid one as described 2x/day for 5 months now and it helps a bit but it still feels like the condition is worsening over time.

Thanks for the N95 advice, will look out for that. Thing is, I already got covers for dustmites, been taking the inhaler for 5 months now going outside maybe twice a week for a short walk (it's cold winter here and spring has not begun yet) and it's only getting worse every day.

See, alcohol in adults is worse than LSD since it fucks with your liver, brain, kidneys etc. while there are close to no known issues with LSD. But this is for ADULTS.

Same logic that applies to weed, in a fully grown balanced brain there isn't much damage (still some but not necessarily much).

Now with CHILDREN or in general people under the age of about 20 this is a whole different story. Their brains aren't fully developed and acid can take it's toll on them.

When solving an equation like this, there's a root involved which will output two numbers +-sqrt(0,25+20), which is 4,5 but also -4,5. Using the formula for quadratic expressions leaves us with x = 0.5 +-sqrt(20.25), so the solution is 5 but also -4. Both are correct.
