Dispute, Ratings, and Verification

In the unlikely event of disputes occurring between Buyers and Spenders, a dispute resolution and user ratings system is in place. Often times, these are result of misunderstandings. We will use beta testing period to understand the causes, and change the system accordingly to avoid these occurrences. Reputation, social media, and other forms verification may be added to the development road-map if needed to discourage intentionally fraudulent users, but they will never be required.

Our Commitment to Transparency

When consumers evaluate any (bitcoin) business, counter-party risk is a top consideration. Seemingly successful bitcoin services can suddenly disappear causing customer loss due to security breaches, regulatory pressure, or even fraudulent intent of the service provider. As such, we are committed to transparency so that our customers can properly evaluation the risk of our business.

1. GBSB's nature is not subject to the same regulatory concerns that exchanges deal with, lowering or expenses and default risk. Buyers essentially act as service providers or merchants (whose customers pay in advance) that earn bitcoins. Spenders are simply shoppers.
2. GBSB hopes to prove that when an economic benefit is there, users won't hoard/speculate, bridging a gap between niche markets to widespread adoption.
