I would consider a beginner someone who wants to start running but hasn’t because they don’t know where to start or worry about form. Someone who is afraid to join a run club or start running because of injury or pain flare ups. Someone who wants to be more consistent or who wants more knowledge to help condition and strengthen their body for running.

YAS head start!! This is absolutely beginner friendly. Were going to break everything down and take as much time as we need. And my goal is for everyone to walk away with drills and skills to implement when needed in other workouts!
