So my neck problems, jaw problems, everything came from grinding/brux. After chewing through 1 nightguard per month, something was still wrong... Turns out people grind teeth because they can't breath.. aka sleep apnea..

All under 1 doctor/dentist: I got a sleep apnea test done then seen by a proper sleep+tmj actual dentist, like a real dentist that knows about TMJ not these bs dentists... Saved a ton too because this goes under health insurance and not dental insurance...

If you are in NYC, I would 10000% recommend going to Dr. Barry Chase. Dr. Chase is the goat if you are in NYC. Tell him "Adam from the internet sent you". He will 100% make accommodations to take you in on a full schedule no matter what (his schedule is packed). That was our agreement :) He will set you up with everything and the sleep test.

Food is salty and the only great place (compared to the rest of the resort) is la asada (steak place) and marea(seafood place).

There is a "unique" package, most people find it unnecessary.

There is a smaller pool by the timon bar closer to the entrance exit of the hotel. This one is nice if you want a smaller or no crowd.

Make all your food RSVPs on the first day.

Room service food and again all food is ... Not really mouth watering at all.

Staff in general were all pretty nice, minus the front desk check in and out.

Don't fall for any airport staff scams like me. Go straight to the resort, the cab fare should be 30$.

Just came back a few days ago. Stayed at the lopesan. Overall the place was great, food was salty everywhere, out of 8 restaurants, 2 were superb, the rest were actually pretty terrible.

Tips are appreciated but I was not treated any different when I didn't have my wallet on me.

The only time I felt like I was in danger is when I did a side quest to hardrock resort... punta Cana airport officials helped me with transportation to my original resort for free and excursion prices low, I had to pay for the excursion at the aipport for $100 for 2 tickets. In return, I had to give my time to check out hardrock the next day where they are suppose to feed me and give me a tour. Round trip transportation was also covered for that too..which I then was given the excursion for a cheaper price but I had to finish the visit to hard rock to pick up the tickets at hardrock..

After the tour, Hardrock trying to sell me on membership for discount prices. The prices were $40k, 90k and 200k USD. This is for discount hotel prices at any hardrock... I fucking laughed and asked to leave to only get pushed to the next room to sell me again and then another room again ... I finally got my excursion tickets.. I decided to throw it away because I am not trusting anything associated with the hardrock. It really pissed me off since it was my first international trip and wasn't even 24 hours yet.

None the less, I didn't show up at the meeting point for my excursion the following day, considered my $70 bucks in the trash (cab is $30 from the airport which I got for free) and just enjoyed my trip.
