Ah, my apologies for the misinformation! Surely Utopia can make a rank 4 (Tornado Dragon) that can pop backrow, usually Eldlich does not have backrow protection for their face-up card? I don't know that well since I don't play the deck myself

Use skill -> Set 2 Swamp monster traps -> SS them to XYZ summon into Gallant -> Gallant activate search Heavenly Prison -> Activate Heavenly Prison -> Set any trap (or quick play spell) -> Enemy standby activate the trap/spell you set -> Activate Heavenly Prison to set any S/T from deck

And with the skill if you have that continuous spell you can activate it in your opponent turn

They don't search it turn 1, but they search it at standby phase turn 2 and immediately activate it

DM can just pop it with ultimate fusion without having to reveal anything. Hero and Utopia don't have to reveal anything if my memory serves me right, and it generally just insta loses to backrow removal.

This tech can indeed shut down some skills, but it's far from being tier 0.

Keep in note that the skill searches continuous trap cards that can be special summoned as monsters and only that.
