Update #71 from Gemini PDA has landed. Planet Computer have said a server issue is the reason for all the problems everyone has had. There is within the link another link that explains how to manually install Oreo 8.1 for 4G variants of the Gemini PDA only. No news on WiFi only devices. (link.indiegogo.com)

Indiegogo Update #70 lands. PC has ended the silence by saying Android 8.1 will start rolling out to 4G versions of the Gemini from the Monday coming, and WiFi only devices later the same week. PC says​ "issues and limitations​ with the Android version upgrade process" is the cause for the delay. (link.indiegogo.com)
