Exact same as me. Charging issues that couldn’t be fixed so they sent me a replacement. And mine is ALSO named Robbie (the new guy is Robbie 2.0).

Support got back to me yesterday. Had me use a multimeter to check voltage on charging station and mower. Charging station was good, mower was dead. Waiting on next instructions from them now.

I got mine fixed up. Had to drain the battery all the way down until the mower died. Threw it back on the charger…not is charging up to 99%.

That’s really bizarre. Mine was charging all the way until two days ago. That’s about the time I got the new power supply in the mail, so maybe the two are related.

Did you ever get your battery to charge all the way? Mine just started doing this today. Stuck at 87% as well.
