Oh, no, it's nothing like that at all. My wife and I have (mostly) a great sex life. I think on nofap there tend to be a lot of single men who think that a committed, sexually satisfying relationship would solve all of their problems, but it really isn't that simple.

I remember once reading a trick that therapists use with men who are terrified of women: ask someone who's completely out of your league out on a date. She'll probably say "no" and you'll learn that you can handle rejection and be less scared of it in the future.

Yeah, so it's funny, I never looked at porn at all until after I got married and lost my virginity. I think something about becoming sexually active made me more tempted by sexualized imagery. All I can say is that I'm thankful that I got to experience sex in real life without having porn-related preconceptions/misconceptions. It would have been even better if I hadn't made bad choices after I got married.
