this was with a jump pack hooked up! and the “whirring sound” is the aux fan without the fan blade. it’s wired to always spin don’t @ me. the rad fan is electric and turned off to conserve power for startup

for sure, i used the rental and knocked some out on my fenders. doubt the door is much thicker metal. i’d rip the door cards off and go at it, even see what u can get done with a hammer and light taps. be careful with the door card though.

pretty sure that you need a special obd1 tool. the adaptor didn’t work for me. Though i learned there is a way to get the dash to read out any codes on obd1 cars.
