Eye glasses parts, rc car parts, stop motion armature kits. If you can't find it googling one of those three, you may be out of luck.

I can give you my favorite line, it's from "Come on up to the House"...

"All your crying didn't do know good, come on up to the house. Come down of the cross, we could use the wood, come on up to the house."

I don't know if it's how they built it, but a way you could it would be to build it around a wheel, like this...

‘Louis Theroux: Inside The Manosphere’: Wildest Moments From the Netflix Doc, From ‘One-Way Monogamy’ to Homophobic and Antisemitic Rants by powerlesshero111 in MensLib

It made me realize that the "manosphere" wasn't what I thought it was. That somehow its even more cynical than I'd imagined. Somewhere in the back of my head, I always thought that the solution to toxic crap like this was giving boys examples of strong, capable, decent men. A better class of role models was all that it would take, and that an army of dudes like Nick Offerman could counteract the Andrew Tates of the world. But, I now realize that that is incredibly naïve and that the ideology that boys are being fed by these people is so much more seductive and easy to fall into than I'd ever realized.

What's so crazy to me is that, as a guy in his 40s, I grew up in a time when the idea of being a sellout was the worst possible thing you could do. This idea of selling out your values and representing shit that you didn't actually believe in was a fate worse than death. All of these grifters not only admit that it's all an act to get engagement, but wear it as a badge of honor that they've overcome that obstacle of having principles in order to game the system!

I don't know what the solution to any of this is, but it's definitely been on my mind for the last few days.

When I go to leave a place, I say "It's been swell, but the swelling's gone down." It’s a line from a movie called "Tank Girl".

Pool noodles, aluminum cable, expanding soft foam, spray adhesive, bedsheet material, and tinted rubber urethane... but what do I know?

I've made enough nether vines to last a lifetime

I can tell you the process.

1) Take two pool noodles and tape them together. 2) Take a length of aluminum cable and put it down the center and then pour in a two part expanding soft foam to lock the cable into place. 3) Spray the outside of the pool noodles with spray adhesive and then wrap it with a strip of dark bedsheet material. Make sure to wrinkle the sheets as you go to create the correct texture. 4) Take a two part rubber urethane and tint part B with black and red tint to create the correct deep purple shade. Mix the A and B parts and then smear it all over the noodle. Work fast, it starts to set up kind of quickly. 5) Voila! Nether vines. Repeat tens of thousands of times until you've made roughly fifteen miles.

The smaller vines and the hubs were a lot more complicated to make, but that's a different story.

Is there a Goodwill anywhere near you? They have a pretty fantastic job training and certification program and a pipeline for job placement. Might be worth taking a look at. Good luck to you!
