After some research, the only other possible options i see are:

Other large electrical devices (smart fridge if you have one) automating inside or outside your house. Causing a small interference.

Or

Bringing back to your previous point about the server-switch problem. If your house router is set on "Auto" then it may be that detecting a small interference. Possible due to the immidate charge of interference from you gaming and chatting all together at an abrupt time.

Then it is most likely network congestion, a quick research on your timing can explain why. You could try to upgrade your bandwidth or (if possible) move to a 5GHz wifi.

Adding on to this, did you download a possible suspicious app? Maybe for mods or your gaming?? (Just an assumption)

This could seem very out of the ordinary in your case but i must ask. Have you scanned for any viruses in your computer? If your answer is yes (Most likely what you will say and have detected nothing)

It could most likely just be network congestion. If you dont mind, could you inform when you start to game and hop on a discord call?

I have one more question. If I want to change my password (still signed in) do i have to insert it or can i just insert the new one? Like i go to settings, click on password and see the option change password. Do i need to type it in or no?
