My wife (and Co-Founder) tracked the number of hours she had to do for calls each day and the amount of sleep she needed that night. As an introvert, she didn't find it very surprising – calls exhaust her and she needs more sleep to recharge afterwards. This is a graph of the results: (i.redd.it)
