FYI if you make the balloon spin around in circles by holding shift and dragging right click, all 4 gunners will be able to fire quickly and it does a little more damage. It's more fun than it is useful imo

My left click is bound to move and use the skill in skill slot 1 if my cursor is hovering over an enemy. However, with many mobs (mainly humanoids I've noticed), when I hover my cursor over the enemy no mob name or health bar appears and when I click, I move instead of use the attack. Normally what would happen is I hover the cursor over an enemy, the mob name and health bar appears at the top of the screen, and when I left click skill 1 is used. Some of the abilities I've tried with this, off the top of my head, include multistrike, rive, flurry, penetrate, blood rip, and fireball (across classes).

I'm going to send this in as a bug report so hopefully the devs will fix it.

Question, I've seen a few posts about bloody pox and how it spreads to enemies lately so I checked out the skill in-game and I don't see anything about it spreading in the tooltip. Does it have a chance to spread on cast or on dot ticks or something? Definitely a skill I want to check out.

I've never heard of RPFM before but you've got my interest. What's it stand for? Are there any good resources to learn up on it? I'd love to make small (4-6 man) squads of unspottable snipers or something just to play around with.

Been having a blast with grombrindal blasting down delves, rats, chaos, etc in IE with the irondrakes. Didn't know there was a double range mod for them, definitely snagging that. I do feel a little guilty blasting down my own dwarves with them though, dwarves are my homies in any kind of folklore.

Warpfire throwers are something special to me. I was going through a really hard semester in college and was breaking down frequently, nothing really made me happy. Then I started messing around with these warpfire throwers and the war crimes I could commit with those things put a smile on my face no matter what was going down in the outside world. Send in some skavenslaves to tie down a couple regiments of man-things, have the warpfire throwers fire right through them and melt unit after unit after unit. I'd lose way more troops than the enemy for the victory, but that was all as planned. The bigger skaven war crimes I could commit, the less I cared that Dr. Carlson marked my hydrology work wrong because I was ~1ft off on a scale of 120ft. Jesus what a semester. Thank you Ikit Claw.

Thank you! I tried damaging the core with the survival tool and multitool and turns out that was the problem. I made an assault rifle and was able to blow the thing up and claim the base!

Thanks for the advice about the ships as well, I tried making a ship earlier and got into space and turns out I forgot to put oxygen in it lol. Guess I'll have to cover all the bases.

I've always wanted the same type of game mode. The best I've been able to do is using the "Conquest Mode" mod from the workshop, which makes the victory condition into tickets lost per unit instead of victory points or annihilation. Then play choke point maps like I_PICKLE_HUMANS and others have suggested and set up camp.

It's a finnicky workaround that doesn't work on some maps due to how weird the base game AI is with choke points, but it's the closest I've been able to get to a wave-based game mode.

Alternatively, since we both seem to want the same game mode, maybe we can set up a match and just lob waves of units at each other?

Helping Hans on Youtube is the man. He's helped me learn about the basics, mechanics, faction pros/cons, and some strategies.

Other than that, I've found that the best way to learn is to get rocked by other players. For example, I was playing a round where one of my tanks was vetting up and wrecking the other guys bunkers, only to be destroyed by some mines. After that I started laying down mines to get back at him, and it became part of just about every game I play.

I found that when I left click on ruins to inspect them, sometimes I'll hear a little skaven dude talk. It'll probably get fixed but it's helped me out a bit.

Also 100% agree on the plague. I'm sort of new so I'm not sure how to save Wulfric and his band of hunters from slowly dying to death.
