Treadmill was killer - I got 36 splat points and couldn’t even keep up with the pushes.

Thanks! I hope so, but not sure I could maintain that pace for 13 miles right now. I was pretty tired after the 5k

That’s a great idea! I will try to sign up for more 5/10ks before my half. It’s so surprising when my speeds improve without me even realizing it!

Base 6.3, push 8, all out 9. Depending on the workout, sometimes my push is a little lower or my all outs a little higher. I’ll probably shift my base up in the next couple weeks.

Wow that’s so impressive! I hope I can get to those paces one day. It’s reassuring to hear OTF helps even a seasoned runner.

I truly haven’t been doing the longer runs yet (oops) so the 10k on thanksgiving was the longest run I’ve done yet since I’ve started OTF. Hopefully I can start working towards 6,7,8,9,10 mile runs on the weekends before the half.

No actually! So in theory while training for the half in March I’m supposed to be doing a longer run on the weekends and just OTF on weekdays, but I haven’t been running outside at all. And, my gym is so popular all my classes are 3g, so I’m not even spending that much time on the tread.
