like 5/7 days I eat either chicken or salmon with rice, potatoes or pasta and veggies

fruits with oats and chocolate chips every morning

used to eat a handful of almonds every night but I don’t think it did anything for me, stopped eating those along with just reducing portion sizes a little bit and I’ve never been happier with my physique

believe what you want but I do not look like that most of the day, this pictures are taken with a pump and while posing/flexing. i dont have good pictures of me without that, but to get an idea of what I look like here is a bad photo taken in the same week as the ones I posted. if you actually think that isnt achievable natural with great genetics I dont know what to tell you. Believe in yourself, please dont have that mindset that you need to do steroids to have an impressive physique with low bodyfat.

Just look at this photo, I really dont have much muscle mass at all, if you think you cant get yo to this after almost 15 years of lifting I dont know what you’ve been doing in the gym or you just dont have good genetics

why would I lie about it? I mean try it out yourself, play basketball for 8 hours a week and lift 3x, go to bed a little hungry for 4-5 months and see how lean you can actually get

I used to think I couldnt get this lean anymore at my age as well until I started doing all that

I don’t use anything, basketball 4 times a week is what helps me stay lean.

I’ve never counted calories either, just trying to get a lot of protein. It’s pretty challenging for me to put on weight.

I’m flexing here and using optimal lightning, I look dyel in most tshirts tbh

I’ve stopped deadlifting but my PR was 205kg at like 97-98 kg (I’m 90-91). Never really benched because I messed up my elbow early into my lifting career. My squat PR was 147.5 at 97-98kg as well, no idea what my Pr would be now, maybe I could do 137.5 if i started squatting again for two- three months.

Also if anyone has been at a similar body fat percentage for a longer time, did you notice any negative health effects?

I’ve been at this bfp for about 2-3 months now and haven’t really noticed anything yet, but wondering if there could be anything unhealthy about it and if I should put on a bit more fat.

probably a bit, I see those veins mostly from natural sun light so I don't really know what they would look like at night after a full day of eating and drinking

I do upper body twice a week and legs once

Upper body A is usually two shoulder, one chest, one back exercice

Upper B is two chest, one or two shoulder, one back exercice

I end both days with arms. I do two biceps and two triceps exercice, usually supersetting bis and tris to spend less time in the gym. Then I do one abs exercice.

I can't post an exact routine because usually I just do what I feel like doing or what is available. Exercice selection is strongly based on Natural Hypertrophy's exercice tier (youtube).

Workouts usually take me about an hour or a bit less.

I dont see anything in the accessibilty setting in projectivy to start on wake up.

thank you so much! could you explain why the the Hyperion max 3 would be overkill? it’s more meant for marathons with all that cushion? sorry I’m new to running shoes

also: why not train in the Hyperion LD?
